Ring arrived broken in two (the ring had separated from the cabochon). Unusable. The seller's response to my message: send me a picture of the ring (either) and the packaging (??? I do not keep the packaging). I told him I didn't keep the packaging. No return afterwards. The product was in line with the photo apart from this (big) disappointment.

Bague arrivée cassée en deux (l'anneau s'était séparé du cabochon). Inutilisable. Réponse de la vendeuse à mon message : envoyez moi une photo de la bague (soit) et de l'emballage (??? je ne garde pas les emballages). Je lui ai dit que je n'avais pas gardé l'emballage. Aucun retour par la suite. Le produit était conforme à la photo en dehors de cette (grosse) déconvenue.
